Lioncor together with Cannon Kirk are delighted to introduce Railway Lane, a development site located only moments from Donabate village and railway station.

Donabate is a coastal village, famous for its beautiful beaches and rural feel whilst also being well linked to the city centre, Dublin airport, the other vibrant centres of north county Dublin and the M1 motorway. Donabate will be soon linked to the other well known coastal village of Malahide via a new greenway (due to open in 2026) which will travel alongside the railway line crossing the estuary at Malahide. The development of the new greenway will also include the construction of a new pedestrian and cycle bridge over the railway line at Corballis, Donabate.

Local attractions include Newbridge House and Farm, located on Hearse Road, Donabate. The estate is a wonderful family amenity and includes a Georgian villa, café, farm & trail, walled garden, gift shop, playground and more. Residents can also enjoy the wonderful beaches of both Donabate and Portrane and for golf enthusiasts there is not one but five local courses to choose from, all located within minutes of the site.

Phase one of Railway Lane will contain 54 homes - a mix of apartments, duplexes and houses designed by well known architects & urban designers, Conroy Crowe Kelly (CCK). The access to this initial phase will be located beside Smyths Bridge House Bar.

Construction work has not yet commenced on site but we expect to break ground before the end of 2023. We look forward to updating you on the progress of Railway Lane over the coming months.
