Pembroke Quarter - A new landmark development for Dublin City

We are delighted to report that together with the Ronan Group Real Estate and Oaktree Capital Management we have finalised an agreement with NAMA that will see the creation of a new Dublin City Quarter on the Poolbeg Peninsula overlooking Dublin Bay.

This hugely significant 37.2 acre site located in Dublin 4 will deliver up to 3,800 homes and will provide in excess of one million sq. ft. of commercial space, as well as educational facilities, public open spaces, civic spaces and other community amenities. Planning permission for the first phase of 602 apartments will besought within a number of weeks with construction likely to commence at the beginning of next year.

A quarter of the homes delivered across the site will be allocated to social and affordable housing which will represent one of the largest deliveries in the state in recent years.

John Maxwell CEO commented “Dublin needs a bold vision for its future development and it must be more than just building houses and offices, with no sense of creating an identity for a place. We need to think about how communities work and offer a sense of belonging, pride, security, and inspiration. The design of this new suburb will be about world-class placemaking, creating somewhere that people will be proud to call home, which places sustainability at its core.”
