The design proposal for the site by Burke Kennedy Doyle architects includes 208 one and two bedroom apartments arranged over four separate blocks. The design concept for the site sets out to create a series of bookend gable elevations along the east/ west pedestrian green route on the southern boundary adjoining the gym site. This elevation is key, in that it will provide a new backdrop to the gym buildings and frames the view on arrival along the entrance road.
The buildings on site are linked together by a south facing pedestrian green route running east/west along the southern boundary of the site overlooking the gym.
