The development site sits within the Priorsland Development Area of the Strategic Development Zone designated lands at Cherrywood, Co Dublin. The mixed use scheme has been designed by Dublin based MOLA Architecture.
The residential section of the planned scheme will comprise 402 apartments with basement/undercroft parking and will include the provision of indoor residential facilities to serve the apartment residents.
Alongside the apartments there will be an additional 41 three and four bedroom houses included. The village centre and non-residential elements will comprise a supermarket, local retail/retail service units, non-retail commercial units, creche, gym, community space, and office use.
