Exciting progress this week on our luxury development at 143 Merrion Road, Dublin 4 with the installation of the feature pitched roof having kicked off. Multiple sections of the steel structure will arrive on site over the coming weeks and we look forward to seeing this unique architectural design come to life. In tandem with the roof, the brick façade is well underway along with the installation of the triple glazed windows.
