Lioncor along with Co-operative Housing Ireland, Ministers Darragh O'Brien TD, Simon Harris and Stephen Donnelly and representatives from Wicklow County Council were delighted to attend the official launch of Kilruddery Glen in Bray, Co. Wicklow. Kilruddery Glen at 208 new homes represents the largest delivery of social rented housing in Wicklow and is the biggest estate in ownership in the 50 year history of Co-operative Housing Ireland.We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our team involved in the delivery of the development as well as Co-operative Housing Ireland, the HFA and the Department of Housing.Finally we would like to wish all the new residents of the estate a very early Happy Christmas in their new home
