John Maxwell
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
John is a founding director of Lioncor having initially conceived the idea of establishing a new Irish house builder to take advantage of a gap within the Irish residential development market.
John previously held the role of Head of Asset Management for a long-established Asset Manager active within Ireland and other European jurisdictions. Prior to this, he ran a Pan-European property fund for a regulated Life Assurance Company. He has an extensive background in development, real estate, asset management and finance with experience in Ireland, the UK and the USA. He is also a council member of Property Industry Ireland (PII) and an ambassador for the Irish Green Building Council (IGBC).
