Glass Bottle offers a full range of amenities, services and leisure uses, making it the quintessential “15-Minute City”. The initial phase known as Phase 1 consists of 570 homes spread over three blocks, Lime House, Glass House and Battledore, referencing the heritage of glass making on the site. There are nearly 200 homes per block, comprising a mix of studios, 1-to-3-bedroom apartments and townhouses, with initial completions due in late Summer 2025.

Phase 1b contains an additional 324 homes at Batch House all of which are under construction. This creates a pipeline of just under 894 homes currently under construction.

All three blocks in Phase 1 are at roof level including the 16 storey tower known as Sand House with Phase 1b following closely after.

Phase 2 is the most recent residential phase to receive planning from Dublin City Council for an additional 502 homes with activation likely to commence early in 2025 bringing the total number of residential units with planning at Glass Bottle to 1,396.
