At Alta Verde, Cross Avenue, Blackrock the scaffold has begun to be stripped from two of the three apartment blocks and the pre-fabricated cantilevered balconies are being installed along with support works for the external façade frame or exoskeleton. The architectural expression of the buildings at Alta Verde is inspired by "Genius Loci" or the spirit of the place. The exoskeleton will mirror the branch like form of the trees that surround the three apartment buildings.🌳

The rooftop terraces are also taking shape with retaining walls, render, topsoil and lighting install all ongoing. Internally, the completed apartments are being locked down on a floor by floor basis.
