It was a great pleasure to join the team at Monami Construction, along with our funders and representatives from the whole design team to mark this significant stage in the construction of this new BREEAM Excellent apartment development situated on the beautiful Cross Avenue in Blackrock, Co. Dublin.
Designed by Urban Agency & MDO Architects, the development will include 241 apartments spread over three blocks with the roof terraces benefitting from breathtaking 360-degree views of Dublin Bay and the Dublin mountains. New residents will not only benefit from a brand-new A rated home but will also enjoy a range of additional amenities, including a penthouse residents lounge and gym, co-working spaces, chef’s kitchen and private dining, residents cinema, paddle court and more.
