The Glass Bottle consortium is delighted to announce that they have been granted planning permission by Dublin City Council for an additional 502 residential apartments across five separate blocks at Glass Bottle, Sandymount Strand in Dublin 4. Lioncor as residential development manager are currently on site delivering 894 units across Phase 1[a] and 1[b] This new approval for Phase 2 brings the overall number of residential homes that have been granted permission at Glass Bottle to 1,396 with initial completions set for Q4 2025.
