Progress at Glass Bottle is continuing at pace with the first two phases of the development advancing impressively over the last few weeks and months. Phase 1, consisting of 570 homes in three separate blocks fronting onto the Sean Moore Road has advanced to Levels, 2, 6 and 9 respectively. Whilst separately in Phase 1b, a development phase totalling 324 homes, the first basement slab has now been completed. Alongside these initial two phases the construction of the boulevard has also commenced. This is the main access road within the development and is approx. 415 metres.The above three phases form part of the wider Glass Bottle site which will see the delivery of over 3,800 residential units, over a million sq. ft. of commercial space, as well as significant community space and public open spaces for all. These construction milestones signify significant strides in the project, laying a strong foundation of what’s to come.
