Together with Co-operative Housing Ireland (CHI) and Wicklow County Council we are set to deliver 208 new homes at Kilruddery Glen on the Southern Cross Road in Bray. This new development which is in the final stages of completion is the largest transaction to date by the CHI and represents a major contribution to the social housing output for 2022.
The homes at Kilruddery Glen will include a mix of 1,2,3 and 4 bed A rated apartments, duplexes and houses along with a new green route and amenity area.
